Super Frozen

Super Frozen is the secret to the freshest possible seafood. When frozen to -76 degrees Fahrenheit the cell structure remains relatively unchanged and the decomposition process completely stops. Also, this allows us to have tuna that is not treated with Carbon Monoxide gas.

At Fishtown Seafood, we avoid commonly used chemicals like Carbon Monoxide and Sodium Tripolyphosphate in our chilled and frozen seafood and aquaculture products.
